…Industrial Excellence for Aerospace and Space.
In aerospace and space, even the slightest electronic failure can jeopardize an entire mission. Equipment reliability, traceability, resistance to extreme environments, and compliance with the most stringent standards are not just expectations, they are essential prerequisites. In the face of such demanding requirements, reliability is non-negotiable. For over 25 years, ACTIA has established itself as a leading EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) partner for critical programs, combining industrial excellence, innovation, and agility.
Meeting Critical Requirements: The Industrial DNA of ACTIA
ACTIA operates on high value-added projects, from complex small-series production to controlled ramp-ups. For over two decades, the company has supported major clients like Airbus, from industrialization to the manufacturing of flight computers for Airbus and ATR fleets.
With one aircraft equipped with ACTIA technologies taking off every 3 seconds, this expertise is brought to life daily, across all continents. It is a testament to the trust of major OEMs and to the robustness of the solutions developed by the group.
“In aerospace and space, the trust of our clients is built over time, through our ability to deliver on our commitments in critical programs where reliability is non-negotiable. ACTIA Aerospace earns that trust every day thanks to the excellence of our teams, the robustness of our industrial processes, and the quality of our deliverables. Being chosen to support such sensitive projects is a responsibility we carry with rigor and pride.”

Production Lines Transformed for Greater Performance
In 2024, ACTIA took a major step by deeply transforming its Colomiers site. Production lines were reorganized around technological competency hubs, enabling better capitalization on internal know-how and standardization of practices.
The SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) sector was redesigned to streamline the flow between stages, simplify scheduling, and integrate just-in-time restocking to the lines. At the same time, logistics were restructured to ensure flawless traceability and prevent disruptions. A mobile autonomous robot (AMR) now manages automated reel delivery to the line, illustrating ACTIA’s commitment to digitalizing its industrial operations.
Industrial Agility Amid the Aerospace Recovery
As production rates rise again in civil aviation and the space sector continues its growth, ACTIA proves its ability to support customers through their ramp-up challenges.
With a resilient supply chain, modular organization, and mixed-mode production (manual and automated), ACTIA adapts its workshops to the specific requirements of each program, regardless of series volume.
In the space sector, this industrial mastery has translated into an increased orbital presence. Every 90 minutes, a satellite equipped by ACTIA passes overhead a testament to the reliability of onboard solutions designed for the harshest environments.
A Complete Approach, from Design to Production
