September 2018 News
ARDIA (ACTIA Group-Toulouse) is pleased to inform you that our company has won 1st prize in the National Competition for Quality and Operational Excellence 2018. This prestigious award is presented every year by the Tunisian Ministry of Industry and SMEs to companies operating in the sector of industry and related services.
This prize is awarded after a series of assessment audits according to the EFQM Excellence Model (European model based on 9 criteria: Leadership, Strategy, Human Resources, Partnerships and Resources, Product and Service Processes, Customer Results, Employee Achievement, Societal Outcomes and Business Results).
The competition not only rewards the company’s financial performance and innovation efforts but also its approach to responsible management and developing human resources, which according to Mr Jean-Louis Pech, Chairman of the Executive Board of ACTIA Group, “are creative, enterprising and well qualified in Tunisia”.
"We are deeply honoured by this award, which reflects the level of expertise and technical expertise our company has achieved. It comes in recognition of a human adventure which began in 2005 with five engineers and which will continue like our older sister company, CIPI ACTIA, also based in Tunis, which celebrated its 40th anniversary last year", said Mr Hassouna Fatnassi, CEO and Founder of ARDIA.
"We would like to congratulate all ARDIA employees for this award, and we share it with our customers and partners who place their trust in us and help us to move forward. We are determined to pursue our improvement approach with a focus on human aspects, quality, technical expertise and innovation", said Mr Walid Rouis, Managing Director of ARDIA.
The Toulouse group believes in the ability of the Tunisian economy to bounce back after some difficult years and to strengthen its competitive edge in foreign markets. “That’s why we will continue to invest in this country by increasing the capacity of our ARDIA design office, with the creation of 200 engineering jobs over three years in the Ariana employment area and beyond”, said Mr Pech, who is making the trip just to share with us the pleasure of receiving this award.
