These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “GTU”) are intended to define the terms of access to and conditions of use of the website www.actia.com (hereinafter the “Site”). This Site is intended for the personal information of its users.

Use of the Site is subject to compliance with these GTU, which any user acknowledges accepting without reservation by the sole fact of accessing the Site. Any user who does not wish to be bound by these GTU must immediately stop accessing the Site and cease all use thereof.

The ACTIA trademark is registered internationally and covers all the functionalities of our products.
